LCPAMS Student Council is planning the Spring Dance and SAC will be coordinating parent/caregiver Volunteers to help out.
StuCo will be selling tickets for the Dance the week of Monday April 13 through Thursday April 16 during the lunch periods.
We need 1-2 volunteers each day to help oversee the students. Upon arrival you would check in with Security then stop in the front office to learn if you’ll be bringing the bank bag down to the cafeteria or if the students will be.
Once down in the Cafeteria the students will set up a table and chairs. StuCo volunteers can be encouraged to make signs and calmly walk through the lunch area to notify the student body tickets are on sale.
When the 3 lunch shifts end, you will oversee that tables and chairs used by StuCo are put back where they got them and the area is cleaned up. You will walk with the student who is assigned to take the bank bag/money back to the front office to ensure that is completed before they head back to classes.
