We welcome any amount of time you can give—whether it’s grilling, donating items, or helping us clean up at the end. Thank you for supporting our seniors!
Volunteers can:
· Help set up tables, chairs, tents, and decorations
· Prepare the BBQ/grill area
· Assist with cleanup and trash collection
· Break down tables and pack up supplies at the end of the event
· Serve as general event monitors
· Help check in students
· Assist staff with crowd flow and student safety
· Be floaters to help where needed
